Accredited Course Providers – Revocations and Removals
Revocation
ACPs who fail to comply with the Insurance Council of Manitoba’s (ICM) CE requirements, including response to inquiries by the ICM, will have their ACP status revoked and will no longer be allowed to present themselves as a CE course provider in Manitoba.
Removal
ACPs who request their status to be inactivated will be removed as a CE course provider in Manitoba. Future ACP reinstatement may be granted following the submission of the ACP application and $200 ACP fee.

Continuing education will be accepted by the ICM from licensees who have attended the above listed course provider’s course/seminar taken prior to the effective date of revocation or removal.
