Before we can process your complaint, please make sure all required. Signatures are included, all named insured or policy owners must sign the Complaint Form. Once you're complaint is submitted, its received and acknowledged by icm's compliance Department. From there, each case is carefully assess for any potential regulatory violations. This assessment may include a review of Compliance with the insurance Act of Manitoba compliance with any Associated regulations, adherence, to licensing, rules and adherence to the code of conduct or summary of obligations.

If outside icm's jurisdiction, we may recommend, you file, your complaint with another regulatory body. If within jurisdiction, it may be sent to an Industry Council for further action. Once a final decision is made, you will be notified in writing.
