2. Enter your User ID. Your User ID and Password will remain the same as what you currently use to log your credits. E.g. If your licence number is G-12345-678910-2010, your User ID would be 12345.
3. If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password?" which will then prompt you to enter your User ID and email address (this must be the email address that you have previously filed with Council) in order for the system to create a new password. Carry Forward
General and/or Auto Only or Adjusters

If you haven't reported your continuing education credit hours electronically on the Insurance Council of Manitoba's website for the previous licence period and would like to report a carry forward (excess credit hours from the previous period), you will receive a prompt asking you which year you would like to apply your credits to. Select "Previous" to apply your credits to the previous period or select "Current" to apply your credits to the current period. If you have reported your credits for the previous period and have met the requirement electronically, you will not receive this prompt and can continue to enter your credit hours electronically for the 'Current" period.

Life and/or Accident & Sickness (A&S):

Please note that Life and/or A&S agents may not carry forward excess credit hours. Credit hours must be obtained from June 1 to May 31 annually.

Note: Non-residents residing in Canadian jurisdictions that have continuing education requirements will be deemed to have met the requirement in Manitoba and are not required to input their continuing education credit hours on Council's website. Agents, Brokers and Adjusters residing in a jurisdiction where continuing education is not mandatory or in the United States of America are required to comply with Manitoba's continuing education requirements.

Additional information can be found on Council's website under the Continuing Education Info link.

Instructions on using the new continuing education database will be listed in detail once you log in. Please read these instructions over carefully.
