Insurance Agent/Broker and Adjuster Fees
Manitoba Regulation 73/93

*Cheque or Money Orders are made payable to the "Insurance Council of Manitoba" and are only accepted in Canadian funds.

1. Examinations:
   
   - $110.00 - All classes of Licenses
   

   The Insurance Council of Manitoba accepts CASH, MONEY ORDERS or COMPANY CHEQUES ONLY for the Examination Fee(s). If you are writing or re-writing outside of Winnipeg, you must pre-pay your examination fee prior to booking with our office. No personal cheques are accepted for examination fees.
   

2. Licenses:
   
   1. Life Insurance Agent Licence
      - $150.00
      
      
   2. Accident & Sickness Insurance Agent Licence
      - $90.00
      
      
   3. General Insurance Agent/Broker Licence (all classes)
      - $185.00 - Level 1, 2, or 3
      
      
   4. Insurance Adjusters Licence
      - $90.00 - Level 1 or 2 (Assistant)
      - $200.00 - Level 3, 4 or 5
      
      

3. Transfer, Amendment or Reinstatement within the same licensing year
   
   - $70.00 - For all Classes of Insurance
   

4. Duplicate Licence
   
   - $70.00 - For all Classes of Insurance
   

5. List of Licensed Agents
   
   - $150.00 - For all Classes of Insurance
   

6. Certificate of Authority / Non-Resident Endorsement Form
   
   - $70.00 - For all Classes of Insurance
   

7. Copies of or extracts from documents filed with or by the Superintendent, per page
   
   - $1.00
   

8. Reinstatement of a licence after it is suspended under subsection 375(1) of The Insurance Act of Manitoba
   
   - $250.00 - For all Classes of Insurance
   

9. NSF cheques
   
   - $20.00 - Must be paid with Cash, Money Order or Certified Cheque
