Compliance / Investigations
Complaints made against an agent, an agency or an adjuster must always be in writing and must be signed by the complainant. In making a complaint, one should be accurate and provide as much detail as is available. The complaint should include the names and addresses of all participants and include any supporting documentation that may be necessary. Complaint forms are available here.
