Guidelines - Sale of Segregated Funds The Life Insurance Council of Manitoba recently established a committee to review the sale of segregated funds. This committee was chaired by Donna Winstone of the Life Insurance Council of Manitoba, and included industry representatives Don Manson and Jim Wilson. The committee has developed guidelines for the sale of segregated funds in the province of Manitoba, and these guidelines are presented for consultation and comment.
